Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the room was beautifully designed with a lovely terrace but lacking some essentials, the service was exceptional. The location is convenient with cozy interiors, and the dining was a hit or miss affair. Facilities were good overall.
The hotel has beautiful rooms with an old-style turn-of-the-century glamour that exudes sophistication. While my room was on a low floor, it was small yet lovely. The location was marvellous, centrally located and walkable to many attractions. The dining experience was outstanding, offering fabulous breakfast options at reasonable prices.
The hotel feels like home with dark woods, soft furnishings, and nice touches like the teddy bear on the pillow and a beautiful bathroom. Staff are very pleasant and always helpful, but the room setup for computer usage needed improvement. The size was adequate but comes at a high cost.
My stay at the hotel was incredible. The room, while not particularly luxurious or spacious for the cost, had a fantastic view, a super large bathroom, and an extremely comfortable bed. The service throughout was exceptional, with everyone from the doormen to the reception staff and housekeeping being super helpful and friendly. The hotel's management and staff were always quick to address any needs. The location, with great nearby restaurants and plenty to explore on foot, was fantastic. The dining experience at Gemma was excellent, especially the almond coffee. Overall, a great stay with thoughtful and immediate service.
I decided to splash out on the 1-bedroom suite and it was worth it. The room was gorgeous, boasting a good view of the city. The service was absolutely incredible and was a huge part of our weekend. The location, while starting to feel a bit tired, is still good for exploring East and West villages, Soho, and Chelsea. The dining experience, especially at Gemma, was a bit of a letdown compared to nearby cafes and coffee shops.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were fantastic, with a magnificent view, especially at night. They were quiet, dark, and well-appointed with great amenities. The service was top-notch, with extremely polite and accommodating staff. The location was perfect for exploring the city by foot. The dining experience was excellent at their restaurant Gemma. Overall, a fabulous experience with just a few minor drawbacks.
